At night, after cleansing and toning, dot a generous amount on cheeks, forehead and chin. Using the brush provided, smooth over entire face (avoid getting into eyes). Use upward strokes on the forehead and outward strokes over the cheeks. Use downward strokes on the nose and chin. If desired, smooth into skin with fingertips leaving a sheer film. Leave on overnight. Use 1-3 times per week.
